Bank Austria Creditanstalt (BA-CA), a member of UniCredit Group, is the clear market leader among all Austrian Financial Institutions and operates the leading international banking network in the growth region of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

The history of BA-CA goes back to 1855, the year in which Creditanstalt was founded.  The bank was the driving force behind the consolidation process in the Austrian banking industry: in 1991, Zentralsparkasse und Kommerzialbank and Osterreichische Laenderbank merged to form Bank Austria.  In 1997, Bank Austria took over Creditanstalt, the country's second-largest bank.  In 2000, BA-CA joined forces with HVB Group.  Since November 2005, BA-CA has been a member of UniCredit Group.

BA-CA is a modern and dynamic universal bank, with total assets of 156 billion euros and a shareholder's equity of 8 billion euros.  In the Austrian market, the bank operates a network comprising some 400 offices with a total of 10,149 employees.

Bank Austria Creditanstalt Multinational Corporate Card Program

BA-CA offers the Multinational Corporate Card Program with Corporate Liability, Corporate Liability Waiver Insurance, full emergency support and travel services, including cash & card replacement and a 24-hour hotline to report stolen or lost cards.  This program is supported by VISA Multinational Information System (MIS), which is a comprehensive web-based reporting and expense management tool, the main objectives of which are to streamline administration, online monitoring of expenses, corporate expense analysis and control and customized data reporting.
