On August 1st The Royal Bank of Scotland purchased the cards business of Santander Direkt Bank AG. The new business has been rebranded as RBS RD Europe GmbH . RBS RD Europe GmbH continues as a leading player in the German card business, building on extensive experience dating back to 1996. |
