We are happy to announce the membership of Bradesco as the GCPS Participating Bank for Brazil.

Banco Bradesco S.A. recently concluded an arrangement to take control of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria Brazil S.A. (BBV Banco), and as a result, Bradesco is assuming the GCPS Participating Bank role in Brazil.

The transfer of the BBVA business into Bradesco strengthens Bradesco's position as a leading Financial Institution in Brazil and we are delighted to have their support and commitment as part of the GCPS organisation.
