The role of the Lead Bank
is to ensure that a specific client card programme is delivered effectively... anywhere
in the world.
The Lead Bank will:
Provide a single point of contact.
Offer a single core contract.
Agree overall commercial terms.
Provide comprehensive consolidated management information.
Local card issuance and servicing is carried out by other GCPS banks, according
to your requirements. In this support role, the local bank will be known
as a Participating
Bank. |
